Online Exam Instructions

A. Prospective New Officials taking the Part I test

Get the mailing label that contained your rules books. It contains an important number
you will need. When you create your user profile, this will be in the field labeled
“State Lic/ID Number”. Use only this new number from that mailing label or from the
web site listing in this field as this will match your test to your registration.

B. Veteran officials taking the Part II test

You will need your state ID number either from your license, or from a mailing label
sent to you. When you create your user profile, this will go in the field labeled “State
Lic/ID Number”. You must complete this number accurately for your score to post
correctly to your record. The KHSAA is not responsible for your failure to include the
correct license number.

D. Access the Exam Web Site: http://exams.nfhs.org and create a user profile.

E. Access the Exam Web Site: http://exams.nfhs.org and take the appropriate
examination.
